Insurance Participation

Effective JANUARY 1, 2009 Premier Primary Care Physicians will participate with:

• Medicare
• TriCare Standard
• Aetna (all products with Aetna claims addresses)
• Cigna (all products with Cigna claims addresses)
• Blue Cross Blue Shield (all products including Federal Employee program, Anthem, and Carefirst).

If our office does not participate with your insurance plan, you may choose to see us and we will bill you the fee up front for the visit. We will provide you a 15% discount and copy of your bill which you can submit to your insurance for possible direct reimbursement.
